Top tier international firm – Commercial Real Estate

This firm’s fantastic real estate team, who hasn’t lost a single lawyer to another law firm in the last 5 years, is now looking to recruit the right junior-mid level associate.

This very highly regarded firm has a fantastic reputation for looking after their employees. In an economic downturn, they don’t get rid of their people or slash salaries. As the firm has an exceptional top-tier private equity department, the real estate transactions the team works on are innovative, working with not only huge developers, financial institutions and corporates, but investment funds who move into new and exciting markets. This means there each day is never the same. The sectors the team works in are vast and include healthcare, retail, leisure, offices, energy and infrastructure, private rental sector (PRS) and student accommodation.

You will be/have:

  • A UK Qualified Solicitor, having trained at a well-regarded firm
  • Experience in commercial property from a strong real estate practice
  • A collegiate, friendly person who wants to work in a tight-knit team
  • An innovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Passionate and want to progress to partnership one day
  • Strong academics

There are no target hours and the salary starts at £90k for NQs. Bonuses are usually 20%.
