Superb new role for a junior property lawyer looking for a real breadth and variety of work. 

The property team at this modern and progressive West End firm do a whole range of work from acquisition and disposal of retail and industrial portfolios, management of shopping centres and industrial estates, financial restructuring through to acquisition and disposals for corporate occupiers in the retail and leisure sectors. There are also opportunities to do high value residential property work. Clients include developers, corporate investors, individual investors and high net worth individuals.

You will need a basic knowledge of commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants including the grant of new leases, assignments, variations and underlettings), property management (dealing with licenses to assign, underlet and alter) and sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold premises.

The team comprise two partners and four associates and within the team there is property litigation capability.   A genuinely friendly, supportive team with highly experienced partners and associates who genuinely care about developing their junior lawyers, this is a very different option to a typical West End firm.
