This is a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Paralegal to join one of the world's largest advertising companies with a diverse portfolio in over 20 countries and reaching millions of people monthly. The Paralegal will join the European arm of this innovative advertising business and will be part of a team who is committed to challenging the status quo.

THE ROLE

You will join the compliance department and work alongside the Head of Compliance and Privacy in embedding a strong compliance culture throughout the business. You will support in the implementation of internal controls and facilitate in the remediation of issues in a timely manner.

You will also:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to devise efficient risk management and compliance strategies
• Work across various geographies
• Apply and devise effective risk management techniques
• Deal with complex matters in relation to compliance
• Support the compliance team in its efforts in ensuring the Group adheres to privacy regulations
• Proof read documentation relating to the compliance implementation plan

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following experience:

• Relevant experience as a Paralegal either in a law firm or with relevant in-house experience
• Solid drafting skills
• Familiarity with legal documentation
• Working knowledge of the data privacy laws, anti-bribery, corruption or anti-trust law
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and to build productive relationships with colleagues
