Job Details
A highly regarded Irish firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Associate to join their Family Law Department.
The team you will be joining are experts in the field and handle a myriad of Family Law related issues such as:
- Separation Agreements;
- Divorce;
- Guardianship, Access & Custody;
- Judicial Separation;
- Domestic Abuse.
The team have acted in cases appearing before the District, Circuit and High Court and are known for their skilled mediation and dispute resolution work. They also work closely with financial professionals to deal with any financial ramifications that can occur after the breakdown of a relationship.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and will have a minimum PQE of 8 years. There is potential for Partnership with this role and so the ideal candidate will have the requisite experience and drive to one day head up the department.
