THE ROLE

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercial contracts solicitor/contracts specialist/paralegal to join a successful and fast growing global business.

This role sits within the Contracts Team, the department is responsible for providing both legal and commercial support on a broad range of customer and supplier facing contracts.

You will be expected to assist with the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, working alongside other lawyers, management, suppliers and stakeholders

The work will involve the development, implementation and maintenance of a Group-wide contracts management process, assisting with the design and implementation of processes, procedures, standards and systems.

The core work areas will include technology/SaaS agreements, contracts for the delivery of claims, professional services and procurement contracts

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a solid commercial contracts background ideally with experience of insurance or technology agreements.
