The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Commercial Property/Real Estate Solicitor 3-4+ PQE to join their flourishing London outfit.

This firms presence within the Commercial Property area of London is undeniable. The directors have an incredible depth of knowledge and experience. The quality of work is second to none; it includes but not limited to management advice, property funding, Sales & Purchases, Landlord & Tenant and the handling of more complex matters.

Despite dealing with a high calibre of work, your caseload will always be manageable. You may also be asked to

assist more senior managers with more complex matters, and a support network supports every team member.

This firm is looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourage internal promotion. As a result, there is a genuine and clear prospect for career progression.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property/Real Estate Solicitor with 3-4+ PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
