CORPORATE ASSOCIATE - LEADING TMT FIRM (2-5PQE)

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a midlevel corporate associate with experience of ECM transactions (including AIM listings) to join a market leading TMT firm.

We are delighted to be instructed by the firm to work on this Corporate vacancy. The firm have an excellent reputation within the tech sector, working closely with tech and media start-ups on high profile and cutting edge transactions.

The team sits within the wider Corporate practice which handles a broad range of work including private and public M&A PE and VC and ECM matters across TMT and Cleantech sectors. Whilst the focus of the role is ECM, there will also be scope to get involved in a wide range of transactions.

The successful candidate is likely to have experience of working at a recognised City firm, where he or she will have gained a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
