Job Details
The Client - is a reputable International Firm. They are looking for a L&D Manager to join their team.
You will be supporting employees firm-wide on both the Fee-Earner and Business Support functions.
Previous experience within Legal and/or Professional Services is a must have!
The Role - The L&D Manager/Business Partner will be responsible for various L&D programmes including promotion and management development.
You will have a high degree of autonomy and scope to develop and improve existing programmes, as well as evolving and creating new solutions, such as mobile learning.
This will be a mix of both classroom and online learning - delivering a variety of courses for Partners and Central Services alike.
You - will have previous Learning and Development Experience.
You will also have:
- Proven strength and track record of the design and delivery of training
- Ability to immediately engage and gain credibility with senior stakeholders; Partners and Director
- The ability to be a trusted and respected advisor in the field
- Strong attention to detail
