An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a Silver Circle firm that is looking to hire a senior technology associate for its London office. The technology practice is international in scope, highly regarded, and has a broad focus that includes fintech, software, and emerging technology.
Highlights
- Working on a variety complex and cross-border technology transactions.
- Advising international household name clients.
- Working alongside industry-leading partners with the opportunity to lead on some transactions.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Drafting and negotiating a range of technology transactions including SaaS arrangements, IaaS arrangements, and AI licensing.
- Leading/taking on significant responsibility for such transactions.
- Building and developing new business, as well as maintaining existing client relationships.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 5PQE+ gained at another top tier technology practice.
- Experience working in the financial services sector.
- Dedication to producing high quality work with a strong attention to detail.
