Our Top Tier client is currently looking for a dynamic Corporate lawyer to join their growing Corporate team in Bristol. This fantastic team have an exceptional reputation in the market, acting for clients ranging from major corporates to public bodies, financial institutions and private individuals. They are renowned for providing high-quality creative and effective solutions to clients across a range of industry sectors, both nationally and internationally.

Your new role
You will enjoy a high-profile client base that ranges from corporate entities and trusts, to charitable bodies, as well as High Net Worth individuals domiciled in the UK and abroad. You will deal with M&A - both public and private, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. This role provides excellent opportunities to use a wide-range of skills and experience and you will enjoy a varied caseload of fast-paced transactions as part of partner-led teams.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a stellar candidate with strong academics and will have trained at a leading City or regional practice with a notable Corporate practice. Your experience will cover handling the full raft of M&A transactions and ideally you will have enjoyed exposure to handling work in the energy, transport or financial services sectors.
