About Us

Our client is a B2B marketing company, head quartered in London. A leader in the personalised marketing space, the company constantly strives to push the boundaries of digital marketing and ad tech, ensuring its clients (and then us as the customers) enjoy sophisticated and tailored interaction with the largest retailers and consumer businesses in the world.

The Opportunity

As the business continues to work with the best and most well-known brands in the world, the international scope for the business continues to grow. As a result, the business now has a need for a strong Commercial and Technology lawyer to support the key products area of the business.

The role will support the commercial teams and provide the company’s media products and services. You will negotiate key commercial contracts, often with a tech focus, ensuring business risk is managed. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and you will need to advise the business on a range of day-to-day matters accordingly.

The opportunity is currently for 12 months.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial/technology lawyer to join an entrepreneurial B2B marketing company in a new role for the legal team. Strong commercial contracts experience is key. A keen interest in working with a progressive and fast-paced business is also key. In return, you will be part of a truly innovative organisation which truly invests in its employees and their welfare as well as exposing you to high quality work and access to senior management.
