Regional law firm with a growing corporate practice is seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to be based in their High Wycombe office.
The firm:
This firm has been going through a period of rapid growth over the last 3 years, seeing a rise in turnover from £7.5m to £11m this financial year.
Their staff count currently stands at around 150 people, and they have made a number of key strategic hires in a number of practice areas recently.
With experienced lawyers and head of departments from Top 200 practices in place, they are looking to develop teams under their leadership making it an exciting time to consider joining this firm.
The role:
In line with strategic growth plans, this firm is looking to appoint an additional Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their team in High Wycombe.
The firm has a diverse portfolio of corporate work and specialise in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, shareholder disputes and corporate reorganisations.
You will demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation and co-ordinating skills and have well-rounded interpersonal skills that allow you to build effective working relationships.
As an already established lawyer, you will run your own transactions and also assist on high-value cross-jurisdictional projects which presents an excellent opportunity to learn from some of the lawyers in the industry.
With such esteemed colleagues, you will be able to advance your expertise in the corporate space at an accelerated rate.
Requirements:
· Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
