Are you a Real Estate lawyer looking to make your next big move? QC Legal has been exclusively instructed by a leading global law firm to find a talented Junior Real Estate lawyer to join their talented team. Ready to hear more?

The Role

• You will be expected to advise all types of built environment stakeholders on their real estate solutions and objectives. You will be structuring acquisitions, site assembly, funding, joint ventures or other profit-sharing arrangements and exit strategies.
• Possible clients include but aren’t limited to international landowners, property developers, occupiers, local councils and other authorities and investors.
• Possible work includes acting for a client on major hotel financings, advising development partners and acting for numerous clients in their land acquisitions, planning promotions, development finance or forward funding, construction programmes and operating models for delivery and self-management of assets.
• As a junior, you will receive support and guidance from the rest of your team in order to grant you the confidence to fulfil your ambitions at the firm.

The Ideal Person – You?

• You will have excellent academics, achieving a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level at either a Redbrick or Oxbridge University.
• You will have acquired your experience (training contract and qualified) at a reputable national, regional or City firm.
• You will have excellent communication, commercial and technical skills and be able to demonstrate this in your work within your team and with clients.
• You will be able to demonstrate a strong client orientated approach and take an interest in business development for the firm.
