Finance/Projects Lawyer, 5+ PQE with Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are looking for a Finance/ Projects lawyer to join our clients close-knit team based primarily in their London office though there is some flexibility on location.

You will be joining a high performing and market leading team that advise the leading sureties/ issuers of bonds and guarantees in the UK on transactions both domestic and overseas.

Our clients practice has unparalleled experience and is the go to option for complex/structured surety transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work with leading individuals in this area and for you to become a key member of the team.

You will advise on all aspects of bonds, guarantees, indemnities and security arrangements including bespoke, complex bond/guarantee wordings, facility/indemnity agreements, security arrangements, co-surety agreements and inter-creditor agreements.

Familiarity with these arrangements/documents would be beneficial but is not essential as support and training will be provided by the team and you will find your finance/projects background will provide an excellent grounding.
