Business Crime Lawyer
Our client is a market leader in providing legal advice covering white collar crime, and fraud in general. It seeks an outstanding lawyer (solicitor or barrister) with 2-5pqe and white collar crime experience to join the Business Crime Unit. Police station representation is essential. In addition to WCC there is plenty of scope to work on cases dealing with fraud, extradition, sanctions, FCA investigations and regulatory litigation. Those with criminal defence experience are of particular interest. There is a fantastic team ethos and the quality of instructions is second to none. Strong academics are essential, as is a demonstrable interest in the subject matter. Excellent remuneration and prospects
