CAYMAN ISLANDS - CORPORATE LAWYER - 4-6 PQE

This leading offshore law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their top-flight Corporate transactional practice in the Cayman Islands. Applicants will need to be UK, Commonwealth or Offshore qualified lawyers, with a minimum of three years' PQE gained within a mainstream high-level Corporate role. The position will entail undertaking a broad and varied transactional caseload, often acting for major UK and internationally listed entities, and spanning private and public M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, and specialist shareholder advice. Their practice focuses particularly on assisting financial services, pharmaceuticals, media and energy clients and includes a dedicated Latin American deal group. You'll be working closely with other members of the team and reporting to their group leader in the Caymans. Foreign language skills would be advantageous, while excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
