This top law firm on Guernsey have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their highly rated Private Client, Trusts & Tax team.  Working closely with their market leading contentious practice, the group's work includes complex trust structuring matters and a range of semi-contentious court applications for a diverse range of international clients.  Their team also carries top-level pensions related expertise, advising on an area where Guernsey competes for international pensions business with other major offshore jurisdictions.  The position will entail developing and managing your own case load of clients (with appropriate supervision from highly-rated Partners in this area) and assisting with the promotion, development and marketing of the practice. Applicants should ideally have knowledge and experience of a broad range of trust and related work, ideally gained with a recognised offshore or UK private client practice.
