Sole Counsel - Commercial Solicitor - Tech company in Manchester

A fast growing and extremely clever (in my opinion) technology business in Manchester is seeking a senior legal counsel or commercial solicitor to join as sole counsel. 

The ideal recruit would have experience of software licensing, commercial contracts drafting and negotiation, and some knowledge of data protection. 

You will need to be adaptable (as ever, with a high growth tech company) and have the confidence to be able to handle novel work - with the help of external counsel and consultants of course. 

Part of your role will be to help to build the processes and procedures to make "Legal" run more smoothly, and you will have autonomy with this.

Salary is potentially up to £65,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, and part time candidates will be considered, as will those wanting a mix of work from home and office.
