The Role

The firm provides autonomy, investment and trust in working the way that you want, whilst providing a strong brand and a commitment to their staff. They would like to welcome an existing Partner or a Senior Associate/Legal Director that would like to take a step up in responsibility.

The existing leadership team is built on those prestigious backgrounds, who truly understand both the regional and national market.

Salary is an open conversation, being reflected on what you can bring, strive for and achieve. Pay reviews are annual, supported by individual and firm bonuses that are some of the industry's best. A following would be desirable, however, they have so much work there would be a healthy flow of instructions from day one.

Requirements

  • 3 years fee earning experience in Private Client Law
  • High attention to detail with focus on quality
  • Confidence and interpersonal skills when speaking to clients and colleagues
  • Willingness to develop expertise and progress
