The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Associate to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team in Manchester City Centre.
You will gain exposure to a genuinely first-class quality of work on behalf of major developers, investors, and local authorities across a broad range of Commercial Property matters. The quality and variety of work will allow you to develop your ability to a high level and provide an interesting caseload.
There will be an emphasis on investments and development, although you can take on a broader scope of work if you wish.
Working alongside some of the most respected names in Property Law, you will be supported to develop your technical skills and commercial awareness whilst being encouraged to climb the progression ladder.
Requirements:
- You will be a Real Estate Lawyer between NQ - 3 years PQE
- Have gained experience at a respected city or large regional law firm
- You will be comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Be an ambitious, commercially driven individual looking to join one of the most respected Real Estate teams in the country
- Comfortable with business development
