Job Details
We are looking for a senior lawyer with a background in either Financial Services, Corporate or TMT with great attention to detail, drafting and negotiation skills to join our client’s high-calibre legal team. The company is a fintech business in the heart of London and a market leader.
You will be drafting and reviewing product contracts with the company’s global financial institution clients as well as taking the lead for the company in client contract negotiations. Working with six lawyers and a paralegal, you will be assisting with queries from the business in relation to existing client contracts and working closely with other teams within the business for commercial input.
The successful candidate will at least four year PQE with private practise training from a top tier law firm. It is not essential to have in-house experience. You will have excellent communication and drafting skills, and be proactive and willing to take ownership of work streams.
