Corporate Lawyer- Leading Global Advisory Business 3 yrs + PQE

This represents an exceptional opportunity to join one of the leading global corporate advisory firms as the third member of their small London legal team. The role would provide coverage to both their financial advisory (M&A, IPO’s and Restructuring) and private capital business (fundraisings for private equity clients and secondary disposals) in both the UK and Asia. The team liaise extensively with colleagues in New York, Paris, Milan and elsewhere as part of a fully integrated global function managing business risk and providing clients with the highest quality legal advice.

Candidates sought will have a minimum of three years post qualification experience, with significant Private M&A and/or Private Equity Funds experience. They should have strong judgement and negotiation skills with an ability to work in a small team, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. They will need to partner effectively with the business through an understanding of the commercial environment and have a high level of self-motivation, autonomy and initiative. In return for your efforts, you will work on some of the most high value and complexed corporate deals in the market, and compensation will be highly competitive.
