Job Details
Our client is a boutique international bank with a growing London office. A vacancy has arisen for a mid level finance lawyer to join the close-knit legal team. Working closely with the business you will support on banking transactions from cradle to grave as well as getting involved with broader legal counsel responsibilities and deputising for the GC when appropriate.
The ideal candidate will be a banking/finance lawyer with at least 3 years pqe and a commercial approach. Some prior experience to trade finance would benefit your application but most important is your ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
This is a great first move in-house for a lawyer looking for good quality of work, business exposure and regular working hours.
