Head of NHS, Business and General Practice Advice

LAW Absolute are working with a trade union. This organisation is based in London. Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their team to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be an experienced qualified Solicitor with a broad range of commercial legal skills. You will be able to provide and manage the delivery of advice services to members in relation to the business and practice management aspects of running a dental practice.

You will have knowledge of the legal, business and financial framework in which small businesses operate and the ability to use that knowledge to solve problems. You will also have a general understanding of legal and policy matters relating to the performance and provision of dental services in an NHS and private context.
