You will be supported to achieve true financial freedom and have real autonomy over your practice whilst still benefitting from the support of a traditional structure (paralegal/fee earner assistance, marketing budgets, cross-referrals etc.).

In addition to complete marketing and business development support, you will receive guidance from experts on growing your practice, building a team, and meeting your financial goals.

With this firm, you can earn up to 90% of your billings, making this an extremely lucrative and exciting option for a Senior Associate or existing Partner. This opportunity will offer you full autonomy to take ownership of your work whilst being a part of a wider network that will provide you with the chance to work alongside other like-minded Lawyers.

The Role

Requirements

  • You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least eight years PQE
  • You will be an ambitious, commercially minded lawyer with an established reputation or ability to develop business
