Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction on a new opportunity with this well-known and Top 100 Cardiff firm as they are looking to expand their Employment Law team.
Our client is a full service law firm and they have a growing, Cardiff-based employment team. The work is varied and good quality and there is the opportunity for lots of regular client contact. This particular role at a Senior Associate level will be focusing quite a lot on contentious work, taking files from start to finish including to tribunal hearings, and this is a role therefore that will suit someone who likes the contentious side of Employment Law work, particularly complex cases and is keen to regularly utilise skills in this area. This also means some existing tribunal and advocacy experience is certainly going to be to your advantage when our client begins assessing CV's and shortlisting for interviews.
