OPPORTUNITY: Our client, a leading commercial firm has just confirmed this new residential development vacancy within their very strong and expanding development team. They are an award winning firm with Legal 500 status.

WORK: You'll be involved with some of the largest development projects in the region working for a wide range of clients such as large well known housebuilders, social housing clients and private landowners/developers. 

BACKGROUND: Ideally you will be 2-6 year PQE and have a proven track record in dealing with complex residential development work. It's an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high quality and complex development projects as well as someone looking to progress their career in a supportive platform.

On offer is a top market rate salary (starting at £50,000 DOE), remote working and a good benefits package.
