A major international Group is seeking a 4+ PQE Commercial Lawyer for a new Senior Counsel role, based in Bedfordshire and offering good flexibility.

This role would see you join the existing legal team, reporting into the Head of Legal and giving you the opportunity of managing junior members of the staff. The Group works across multiple sectors with this position being responsible for:


- Leading on a range of commercial matters, both with clients and suppliers;
- Assisting the Head of Legal and Legal Director on strategy, systems and processes for the provision of legal services to the wider Group;
- Supervising junior members of the team on a range of commercial contracts; and
- Supporting on contentious matters, including commercial disputes, debt recovery, employment and regulatory.

This position offers significant responsibility and management opportunities, as well as giving the successful applicant the opportunity to get involved in strategic planning. It is an ideal first Senior Counsel opportunity for c.4+ PQE Commercial Lawyers looking to further develop in key areas for more senior positions.
