Our client is an international content producer and distributor with presence in over 20 countries and a multigenre catalogue (scripted and non-scripted) with standout programming.

They have an exciting new opportunity for a media lawyer with distribution, acquisition, sales and licensing experience to join the Legal Business Affairs team. Reporting to the Head of Legal Business Affairs, you will be responsible for the acquisition and licensing of rights across all commercial forms of exploitation. You will work on the distribution of prime time programmes for global broadcasters and interact with a range of media businesses such as streamers, multimedia organisations and Indies.

You will have relevant industry experience including drafting television/VOD licensing agreements and format licence agreements. Some experience of production distribution financing documentation will be desirable. Importantly, you must be able to prioritise and manage significant volumes of contractual workload independently and efficiently.
