THE ROLE
A corporate lawyer is sought to join the firm's distinctive Corporate department in London.
Clients include those UK and internationally based, as well as key national clients and individuals, and you will be advising start-ups to listed companies on M&A, PE, VC and public and private capital investments.

A bright, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and ambitious solicitor with 4pqe+, you will have good academics and experience working within a highly ranked private practice corporate team.
