Our client is a sought after multinational technology employer. Due to the continuous business growth and internal promotions this industry-leading global organisation is looking to hire an experienced lawyer with previous experience looking after the legal matters in the Middle East.

This is a senior autonomous role reporting to Legal Director for Emerging Markets. You will take responsibility for wide and varied range of commercial legal issues including strategic accounts; negotiating and drafting all forms of  commercial and technology agreements (software, services (including outsourcing arrangements), supplier, vendor, consultancy, technology licensing and development agreements), provide support on data protection, IP, corporate and compliance issues.

​Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in-house or in private practice as a commercial lawyer
• exposure to the Middle East as part of previous role
