PROPERTY DISPUTE RESOLUTION LAWYER, 5-8 YEARS’ PQE

QC Legal is proud to present a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced property dispute resolution (PDR) lawyer to join our clients nationally renowned team. You will be based in Manchester; however, you will also assist the teams across the UK in Birmingham, Leeds and London. Ready to hear more?

The Role 

• You will be provided with a varied workload including but not limited to the following areas: insolvency and restructuring, telecommunications related disputes, representing landowners and/or operators, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, lease renewals, dilapidations, contractual disputes, possession claims, development constraints and rights of light work, rights of first refusal, residential structuring experience, residential tenants’ rights and energy and infrastructure related disputes.
• The team is known for outstanding handling of complex and high-value property litigation and advisory work across a wide range of contentious property issues, market leading expertise in the telecoms and energy sectors, interesting and varied caseload ranging from advising on vacant possession strategies to restrictive covenants and rights to light disputes – you will be trained by the best!
• You will be expected to be actively involved in business development and in further developing the Manchester PDR team.

The Ideal Candidate – You?

• You will be highly motivated with a broad range of PDR experience across 5-8 years’.
• You will have had strong training in property disputes work and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of such training.
• You will have strong academics, a 2:1 minimum achieved at Undergraduate level.
• You will be a strong team player, technically excellent, strategically and commercially astute and committed to excellence in client service with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Lastly, but by no means least, you will have a strong client focused approach and possess the ability to foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
