Litigation Associate - Boutique Firm - 1-5PQE

Pure Search are exclusively instructed by a litigation boutique looking to make a number of hires as they aim to build on their successful growth to date.

Our client is a leading specialist litigation-only law firm, with a proven track record of working on an interesting and diverse range of matters, from defamation and reputation management to general commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency litigation, property litigation and professional negligence.

The firm has a youthful culture and strong philosophy of thinking creatively and outside the box, only taking on instructions where they believe they can achieve a successful outcome. As a result, this has created an entrepreneurial culture, where associates are effectively providing commercial and legal advice on a daily basis, assisting with planning strategy and taking a very hands-on role as part of the litigation process.

The Role:

As a junior-mid level associate within the team, you will assist partners across the entire firm with a broad and varied caseload, assisting with everything from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. A number of the firm's cases have made the national press and this represents an exciting opportunity to join a boutique with significant investment to grow over the coming 3-5 years.

About You:

You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 12 months post-qualification experience, gained at a leading Legal 500 ranked firm. Building on your broad experience, you will be looking for a role with high levels of autonomy and responsibility, where you will have scope to build your own client following over the next 3-5 years. You will be someone that is enterprising in your outlook and would relish the opportunity to join a more boutique practice where you can have a significant impact on how the firm continues its growth and development.
