The Role
This is an opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join this Tier 1 Real Estate group within their City of London office.
You will work within one of the biggest Real Estate group in the UK, advising listed and private investors and developers on high value and strategic projects. The role will involve the following in offices, retail and shopping centres, business and retail parks, hotels, industrial estates and logistics parks, retirement living, supported living, co-living and student accommodation, mixed-use
You will be:
- Investments;
- Development;
- Disposals;
- Corporate support;
- Joint Ventures;
- Large-Scale regeneration and redevelopment projects;
- Infrastructure development projects;
- Disposals and investments assets;
- Real estate financings and restructurings;
- Pre-Lettings
Requirements
- A qualified solicitor between 2-5 Years PQE
- Real Estate experience, working with development and investments (preferably)
- Engaging and willingness to work on large and complex matters
