About the Opportunity

An opportunity now exists to join the company as EMEA General Counsel. The role will manage a team of experienced lawyers based around EMEA. In addition, the General Counsel will manage EMEA-wide technology and telecom infrastructure contracts, oversee compliance and regulatory matters, mitigate risk and provide key business advice.

About You

A strong telecoms background would suit well, although a technology background would also be considered. An international mindset and the ability to navigate a complex, global business is key.  The opportunity will suit an individual with strong management experience who enjoys a varied role, who is accustomed to advising senior management in different countries and who can negotiate high value, complex business contracts across various jurisdictions. A key interest in technology and innovation is also essential, as is cultural sensitivity. A demonstrated commitment to high working standards and an ability to build relationships across a global business are also key.
