Job Details
The Finance team provides specialist legal advice for both lenders and borrowers across a spectrum of bilateral and syndicated financings. Their lender clients include banks and other financial institutions as well as private equity investors, family offices and sovereign wealth funds. Their borrower clients include corporate borrowers (public and private) and high net worth individuals.
The group is currently very busy and thus seeking an additional junior-mid level associate. With a 1200-1400 chargeable hours target depending on level, this firm genuinely embraces both flexible working and work:life balance.
