This highly ranked Corporate practice at this US firm is seeking an experienced 3-5PQE Associate to join their growing team.
The Associate will enjoy a varied diet of work across M&A, PE and ECM transactions, whilst benefiting from a cohesive and collaborative working culture and good development and progression prospects.
The successful candidate will have gained strong M&A experience and exposure to PE and ECM deals would be an advantage, but is not essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and a proactive and ambitious approach.
