An established top 60 law firm are looking to hire a Corporate associate between the 2-5PQE level to join their M&A practice. The firm can offer a broad diet of work, the chance to join a friendly and close-knit team and a particularly agreeable work/life balance.

The work in the M&A team is broad and the successful candidate will be exposed to broader ECM, joint venture, corporate restructuring and private equity work as well as high-value Mergers and Acquisitions. The new joiner will work closely with a range of different Partners across the firm who specialise in different Corporate areas and be given the opportunity to expand their own client network. The team's client base is varied, consisting of established international businesses, entrepreneurial growth businesses, high-net worth private individuals, large retail clients and overseas investors. The successful candidate will be expected to run their own caseload, assist more senior members of the team on larger, more complex matters and also train and supervise more junior members of the team such as trainees and paralegals.

The firm are looking to hire an individual with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience within a respected regional, City or International Corporate practice.
