Dubai: UK Qualified Commercial Real Estate Associate (1-3 PQE) – Prestigious International Firm

We are working on an opening for a junior to mid-level Real Estate Associate at this leading firm in Dubai.  The firm is offering an excellent zero-tax salary package for candidates coming from the London market.

The Real Estate team in Dubai is one of the most established in the region, advising on high-profile property transactions in the market, including the acquisition, financing, development and follow on work of mixed-use projects as well as large-scale commercial buildings, with particular expertise in the hotel sector.

Junior and mid-level associates in the team benefit from the guidance of experienced senior associates and partners, with a consistent work flow and one of the best in-house training and development schemes of any international firm in the region.

Applications are sought from UK qualified associates with at least 1 year of PQE in commercial real estate, and the partners are also interested in hearing from candidates from City firms as well as leading regional practices.

No Arabic language skills are required (although they would be an advantage) and similarly it is not essential to have previous experience of working in the Middle East.
