Partner-Track Role for a Funds Associate (4+ PQE) – Prestigious International City Firm

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing investment funds practice at a prestigious City firm that will offer candidates excellent potential for progression.

The firm has recently expanded its presence in the PE and Real Estate Funds space and it has been identified as a key area of growth.  There is now a need to recruit a senior associate who will work closely with the lead partner on growing the practice and developing client relationships. 

The work will focus on the establishment of funds in these key sectors (i.e. private equity, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure), largely for institutional clients.

The position that the firm is currently recruiting for will suit mid to senior-level associates who are looking for an environment that will offer more client contact and better partnership prospects.

The partners are particularly interested in candidates with a focus on private equity and real estate funds, but they are welcoming applications from any funds lawyer with the requisite level of experience from another City firm, who thinks that this opportunity could be a good fit for them.
