Public M&A Lawyer (PSL)

Magic Circle Firm - Corporate Lawyer - Knowledge Lawyer - 6 month FTC

Our client, a Magic Circle firm, seeks to recruit a corporate lawyer within its PSL team. The successful candidate will work alongside the firms' corporate team which advises on some of the world's largest and most complex M&A transactions, with a particular focus on public takeovers.

In addition to supporting the corporate team on legal developments the successful candidate will also be the contact for relevant legislative/regulatory developments, template maintenance and knowledge sharing (particularly on developing market trends and best practice in light of the recent Takeover Code changes), as well as assistance with thought leadership initiatives, client briefings and training in Public M&A.

Applications are sought from experienced corporate lawyers with experience in Public M&A, the Takeover Code and listed company matters. Candidate should have experience gained at a comparable firm and must have strong communication and analytical skills.

This opportunity will be offered on a six month fixed term contract basis and could suit someone looking to work part time hours (3 days per week minimum).
