About the role
The successful Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor/Associate will gain exposure to all aspects of contentious trusts and probate work in this role including:
- Disputes over wills
- Financial provision claims
- Disputes with executors
- Dispute regarding powers of attorney
About the person
The team are looking to hire a Solicitor and an Associate so will consider all candidates with 6+ months experience in Contentious Trusts & Probate. The successful candidate can be based in any of the firms' west or east midlands offices.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. A real passion for Contentious Probate work is a pre-requisite for this role.

This firm are very well regarded in the Midlandsand the Court of Protection team is highly regarded in the directories for the quality of its work and experts. The firm has a reputation for encouraging a friendly and supportive environment and all fee earners within the team are encouraged to take a key role in files with responsibility being given from day one. All fee earners are currently working from home a blend of home and office working will be available in future.
