Corporate Lawyer, 3 month FTC, 2++ PQE - London

Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their Band 1 team for an initial contract of 3 months. Candidates should ideally be available immediately or at short notice and have at least upwards of 2 years' PQE (with no upper cap).

The corporate team has a very successful track record of advising companies through the full business lifecycle - from start-ups to mergers and acquisitions, development funding, disposals as well as other exits. The team advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers. They have a notable reputation for advising tech-based clients.

Due to an influx of work, the team are looking for additional assistance. The successful individual can expect to be involved in a full range of corporate transactions.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales, or another commonwealth jurisdiction
• Upwards of 2 years' PQE in handling a range of corporate transactions
• Experience gained in notable corporate teams within highly ranked Regional, West End, City or International firms
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills

Whilst the initial contract is for 3 months, there is the potential for further extension depending on performance and work flow.
