Asset Management Lawyer - 6mths - £800-1000pd
Working as part of a close-knit and collegiate legal division, the role involved providing advice to stakeholders on contract amendments and other legal requirements under client investment management agreements, third party vendor and trading contracts as well as drafting and negotiating such changes with institutional clients, third-party service providers and trade counterparties.
In addition to this, the postholder will be required to advise on a range of regulatory, risk and corporate matters, as well as handling the usual diet of BaU enquiries that the legal team see on a daily basis
The client believes that the remit requires a qualified lawyer with at least 10 years' PQE who has worked in asset management for a significant proportion of that time. You must be familiar with a wide range of fund documentation and comfortable advising senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
