The practice is multi-service and are highly regarded in a majority of their chosen fields, they attract clients from a wide variety of business sectors which makes for a varied and exciting role.
The Role:
Seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor 9+ years PQE to join a team that has some of the most interesting and commercially relevant work available based in Reading.
This firm has a diverse portfolio of corporate work and specialises in M&A, corporate governance, articles of association, shareholder agreements, restructuring, debt & equity and joint ventures, making for an incredibly varied and interesting caseload.
Transactions that this team work on range from £1-50 million, meaning that you will be working on some of the highest quality work available. This work is aided by their impressive team of support staff, taking this team to a size of 14+ individuals.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 9+ years PQE
- Excellent technical knowledge and commercial focus
- Keen for business development
- Excellent at working in a team
