Residential Property Legal Executive - Devon

Our client is a reputable firm with a reputable residential property team, who service across Devon and the South West. They are currently looking for a Residential Property Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Property team in Totnes.

As part of the firms' busy residential property team, you will be working on all aspects of residential conveyancing to include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.

As the successful residential property legal executive/CLC, you will be able to show that you have experience in managing your own, and show that you can work with minimal supervision. You will be a qualified legal executive/licenced conveyancer or be able to show at least 5 years' experience of managing your own residential property caseload.
