The successful residential conveyancer willl receive a very steady stream of residential property work. This residential property team are known for providing a quality service and have clients right across Devon and further afield. The team advises on all types of matters from first time buyers (freehold or leasehold) to country houses/estates and larger properties. This residential conveyancer will be getting involved in an element of commercial property also.

The successful candidate will run their own residential property caseload and assist on commercial property matters. This would be a perfect opportunity for somebody who is looking to branch across into more commercial work.
