Job Details
This leading US firm is on a recruitment drive into its highly regarded finance team, which continues to boast a very healthy pipeline of instructions.
With an established private equity client base firm in London, the finance team has a long history of advising sponsors and creditors on leveraged buy-outs and other portfolio investments.
Despite challenging conditions in the wider market, the firm remains in growth mode. The finance team has the budget to recruit a number of associates and applications are welcome from candidates with anything between 1-6 years of PQE, ideally gained at a competitor US or leading UK practice in London.
Salaries are at the full ‘Cravath’ rate which will be upwards of £150,000 plus bonus.
