Opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join a top tier firm in their Reading office.
This rapidly expanding firm has an enviable client base of household names with a department led by a team of well-regarded partners who possess industry leading knowledge and skill.

They do a wide range of commercial contract work including software licencing, SaaS, R&D, data protection and privacy, IP and regulatory matters.
The role:
Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE to progress within a highly successful commercial team in Reading.
You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills. Prior experience with big ticket commercial contracts will put you on a solid footing to manage projects for large clients effectively.
You'll be working alongside leading figures and assist them on complex matters, often multi-jurisdictional in nature.
You will be given a high level of exposure and given their growth plans, career prospects are in abundance.
Requirements:
· You will be an experienced Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
