Our clients our a boutique west Mayfair law firm who have a leading reputation in London for real estate and are keen to recruit a senior real estate finance lawyer into their team. The firms focus is on borrower work but they are involved in some lender work acting for various smaller banks and debt funds on the financing of real estate assets. Their main focus is on the borrower/sponsor side acting for a number of overseas investors on the financing of their acquisition of various trophy real estate assets in the UK market as well as other UK REITs, investors and asset managers.
The firm will consider a senior associate ready to take the step up for partnership or alternatively an established partner seeking a fresh and exciting new challenge.
